Initial planning

Since the beginning of March 2001, the office of "Ecoprogram" got established in the town of Tirana. The purpose of our office is to coordinate the actions of the program as well as the contact and sensitisation of mainly young people for environmental protection, through special releases, meetings, events and informational gatherings.

Implementation

Since March of 2000, in Tirana the new office of the "Ecoprogram" started its operation, which has modern equipment and as main objective to:

Coordinate the actions of the Program, Make contacts and bring awareness to mainly the youth in protecting the environment through special editions, conferences, events and informational meetings,

In addition, the office organized the following conferences with the following subjects:

15/5/2001 - Ecoprogram Presentation 16/4/2001 - Presentation of the results of the Program "Administration od solid wastes in the areas of Dirracheion and Berat" 15/6/2002 - Presentation of the results of the Program "Environmental Education - Training of executives in the subject of the administration of solid wastes and the protection and administration of natural ecosystems in Albania - Informational and Sensitization activities".
