On the occasion of Christmas and New Year, a festive concert organized by the pupils of the 9 year-Albanian-American School “the Protagonists” took place in the spiritual and educational center “Thavor” of our Church which rises magnificently on the peripheral side of our capital town. Parents, teachers and guests took part in this activity which lasted about two hours.
  

 The stage of the concert showed in a figurative way the joy of the feast. The Christmas icon with Christ in the center of it, the stars, the magicians and the shepherds around the manger were all accompanied by the angelic faces of the children. Also, the Archbishop Anastas was invited among them and attended with love children’s songs, recitations and wishes.

The pupils of each year had organized a special program and they brought through their emotions much joy and smiles in the participants’ eye.

At the end of this event, the Archbishop Anastas met the children and spread flowers to them as a sign of love and humbleness towards the most-loving creatures of God. Christ Himself said to His disciples that in order to enter Heaven, they should become like these children by following the example of purity and peace that they radiate.

After this festive concert, a cocktail was offered to all the guests.
