All the activities that have been developed have
contributed greatly to the growth in the spiritual life of the young people.
They have raised their educational and cultural levels, and have integrated
the youth into the broader society. These activities also have assisted in
addressing the social problems that exists in our society. We extend a special thank you to the shepherd of our
church, His Beatitude, Archbishop of Tirana and all Albania, Anastasios,
because it is only through his love and his interest these activities began
and continue to be organized. Also we express our gratitude to all
organizations in and outside of Albania, that have supported the projects of
the Orthodox youth of Albania.

Catechism Lessons
One of the main objectives of the youth groups is to
teach youth to know more about the Orthodox Christian faith and Orthodox
life in community. Along with these, different services are held in the
youth centers, such as the paraklisis and short prayers. Also organized are
catechism sessions in the form of a discussion group, where youth interact
about the problems that they are facing.

Courses
The
youth centers offer different courses in such subjects as foreign languages,
computer, sewing, guitar, mandolin, architecture, painting, Iconography,
Byzantine music, cooking, arts and crafts, etc.

Excursions
Excursions to different cultural and religious sites have
helped our youth to strengthen their relationships, and has given them an
opportunity to know better some of the religious sites and tourist
attractions of our country.

Library
The opening of libraries in the youth centers has given
our youth the opportunity to expand their knowledge from the religious point
of view, as well as in other fields, such as history, literature, and the
sciences.

Publish
Some of our youth groups are now publishing monthly journals or
magazines. These publications have as an aim to transmit to all people,
especially those among the youth, the message of faith, hope and love. These
magazines contain articles covering a variety of subjects, such as
spiritual, cultural, sports and scientific.

Choir

choir chants each Sunday in the Divine Liturgy and participates in different
